Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Isabel Blue Carlos. She is a 13 year-old female Hispanic who was last seen on the 5500 block of Avenue L-8 in Quartz Hill, on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at approximately 5:00 PM.
Isabel is 5’3” tall, 130lbs, shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black Vans sneakers, and crystal bracelets.
Isabel's family is very concerned for her well-being and asking for your help.
