***MISSING JUVENILE AT-RISK*** 
The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15 year old juvenile who is considered at-risk. Roxette Guzman is described as a Hispanic female, 5’4” tall, 140 lbs., with light colored hair with blonde tips. She was last seen wearing a gray colored beanie, brown shirt, brown hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white shoes.
