Simi Valley Police request your assistance with identifying a hit and run suspect vehicle.

On January 30, 2022, at about 4:20 PM, a white, full-size, crew cab GMC pickup was speeding northbound on Madera Road (near Vista Lago Drive) when it side-swiped another vehicle causing that vehicle to exit the roadway and crash on the Sinaloa Golf Course.  The driver of the GMC failed to stop at the scene as required by law and instead sped away, running through several solid red traffic lights in order to flee.

The Simi Valley Police Department Traffic Bureau is seeking your help with identifying the suspect vehicle.  The suspect vehicle is described as:

-Newer, full-size, crew cab, GMC pickup.
-White in color, dark tinted windows, white oval sticker on back window on passenger's side.
-Lifted, large tires, black and chrome wheels, chrome trim, chrome door handles, chrome mirrors, paint match bumpers, paint match plastic wheel wells with LED marker lights.
-Paper plates.
