* WHERE...Much of north central North Dakota through the James River Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard Warning replaces the High Wind Warning.
