Incident Summary-
On 2/01/2022, at approximately 3:39 a.m., the Petaluma Police Department received multiple 9-1-1 calls regarding a traffic collision on the 1800 block of Turtle Creek Way. One reporting party reported that a single vehicle had collided with a tree. Police and fire personnel responded to the scene and contacted the driver, Gregory McConnell. During the investigation McConnell displayed signs of alcohol intoxication. He was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening but serious injuries. McConnell was arrested for (misdemeanor) DUI. Because he was admitted to the hospital, McConnell was issued a citation to appear in court for the listed offense.
