Winter Storm Warning for Delaware County and surrounding areas 
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Delaware County and surrounding areas in effect from 7am Wednesday through 1am Friday.
*WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected, transitioning to all
snow. Total snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches with some
areas exceeding 9 inches and ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute.
Instructions:
Anticipate Travel Advisory Restriction to go into effect as road conditions deteriorate late Wednesday and Thursday.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
