Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports, that on 2-1-22 at approximately 1206HRS, his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash that had occurred on Worrell St. and US 12 in Milton Twp. Cass County, MI.

The Investigation shows that Nathan Green, a 43-year-old of South Bend, IN loss control of his vehicle when he swerved to miss a dear and struck a tree.

Green was transported to Lakeland Niles with non-life-threatening injuries. A seatbelt was worn. Alcohol and drugs were not involved.

Deputies were assisted by Niles Twp. Fire and SMCAS Ambulance.
