* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Bernardino County Mountains, and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines, especially near the foothills of the San Bernardino and San Gabriel Mountains in the Inland Empire. Lightweight unsecured outdoor objects blown away. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE ... SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS
