Citywide parking ban is in effect 
At 10pm the citywide parking ban went into effect. Please move your vehicles off of the roadway now. Vehicles left on the road can be ticketed or towed. Currently the roads are snow packed and slick. Several inches of snow is expected. Blowing and drifting snow is expected to complicate travel. If you do not need to be on the roads we ask that you stay put. Give the road crews a chance to get ahead of this snow event.
