Dangerously cold wind chills expected in parts of southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and western into central Wisconsin. Temperatures a few degrees below zero in combination with winds of 10-20 mph will result in wind chills of 20-30 below zero.
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and west central Wisconsin, north central and northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
