* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Michigan.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall will continue to be moderate to heavy at times, with snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches an hour into mid afternoon. This will also cause visibilities to be below a quarter mile at times causing hazardous travel conditions. Snowfall rates are expected to decrease to less than a half inch per hour by early this evening.
