INCIDENT: Illegal Gambling / Maintaining a Drug House
LOCATION: 5000 block of Mission Boulevard, Montclair
SUSPECT(S): Michael Nides, 34-year-old resident of Ontario, Eric Ramirez, 28-year-old resident of Montclair

SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 6:00 A.M., deputies from the Multiple Enforcement Team and Detective Bureau assigned to the Chino Hills Station, along with the members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department's Specialized Enforcement Division, executed a search warrant at two residences on the 5000 block of Mission Boulevard in the unicorporated area of Montclair. Over 40 subjects were contacted and an illegal gambling establishment was located. Investigators located evidence which showed illegal narcotics were being used at the establishment.
Michael Nides and Eric Ramirez were arrested for maintaining a drug house, while 10 additional subjects were arrested with outstanding warrants. All the arrestees were transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked. During the booking process, three of the arrestees were found to be in possession of drugs and were booked on additonal felony charges.
