Due to Inclement Weather, All City Non-Emergency Service Offices Will Be Closed on Feb. 3rd and Feb. 4th. 
We are expecting freezing temperatures, ice and snow in the early morning hours on Thursday. Therefore, both Thursday, February 3rd and Friday, February 4th, all non-emergency municipal offices will be closed, including City Hall, Courts & Billing Building, Library, Economic Development, and Public Works offices. Critical public safety services such as law enforcement / fire / EMS, will remain open and available as needs arise.
