INCIDENT: Residential Search Warrant
LOCATION: 900 Block of Earl Court, Needles, California
SUSPECT(S): Anthony Rubalcava, 46-years-old, resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at approximately 12:21 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a residential search warrant in the 900 block of Earl Court, Needles, California. Deputies and a law enforcement canine from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office assisted during the search warrant.
During the search of the residence, deputies located a substantial amount of suspected fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, marijuana and processed butane hash oil (wax), and an illegal firearm.
Anthony Rubalcava was in violation of Health and Safety (H&S) code 11378, felony possession of a controlled substance for sales. Rubalcava was arrested and booked into the Colorado River Station jail with a bail amount of $50,000.00. Rubalcava remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department awaiting a court hearing.
Due to the residence’s proximity to the Needles Unified School District school grounds, measures were taken by responding deputies to ensure the safety of the school and all surrounding persons during the search warrant.
