The National Weather Service in Charleston has expanded the

* Flood Watch to include portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia, including the following areas, in southeast Ohio, Athens, Gallia, Lawrence OH, Meigs, and Washington. In West Virginia, Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Raleigh, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Raleigh, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, Taylor, and Upshur.

* WHEN...From 7 AM EST Thursday through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, larger creeks, and other low-lying and flood- prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
