As of 6 AM this morning, freezing rain has been coming down steady and ice is accumulating on vehicles, sidewalks and driveways.  Untreated roads will be slick.  Streets that have been salted are drivable but use caution.

Many cars have already moved off of snow routes. Thank you to those who have moved and are going to make it easier for our crews to treat and plow roads. If you have not moved your car from a snow route, please do so as we expect snow accumulation on top of ice today.  
 
We have already had a brief citywide power outage this morning. Be prepared for more outages as iced limbs fall onto power lines. Remember, if traffic lights are out, you must treat the intersection as a 4 way stop. Avoid driving, if at all possible.
