* WHERE...Western Prince William Sound. Worst conditions expected in Portage Valley.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to one half mile or less at times. Plan on slippery road conditions. Snow could be heavy at times resulting in reduced visibility.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND
