Byram Township would like to advise residents that the annual Notice of Assessment Post Cards were mailed out on February 1, 2022. 
Please keep in mind that it may take several days to receive your notice in the mail. 

In addition, the Notice of Assessment Post Cards are available for viewing at the following link: NJ Assessment Records Search (monmouth.nj.us) .

Once you reach the webpage, simply perform the following steps:

1. Enter property information (block and lot) and click the “submit search” tab
2. Once you arrive at the next page, click on “More Info” link at the top left corner of the page
3. Once you arrive at the following page, then click on the “Assessment Postcard” tab on the top left corner of the page
