A TRAVEL ADVISORY has been issued by the Tompkins County Sheriff for this afternoon into the overnight hours.
A Winter Storm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service Binghamton through 3:00 p.m. Friday. Two-to-three inches of snow is predicted through 7:00 this evening with heavier snow falling at rates up to 1” per hour during the overnight hours. Hazardous driving conditions may exist throughout the county.
If you must travel please use extra caution, allow some extra time to reach your destination and give highway crews plenty of room to clear the roads.
