FRIDAY...

of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of
an inch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
Colder temperatures could make commuting difficult. Please allow extra time and if you can, stay home. If you must travel, please be cautious of black ice. And please do not travel through any standing water, as it could be deeper than it looks.
Icing conditions could cause power lines to snap. Stay clear of any wires on the ground and notify the police department who will investigate. Should you loose power, use a flashlight as opposed to a candle as candles could cause a fire.
In the event of a widespread, long term power outage, shelters may be opened.
