* WHAT...Moderate to locally heavy snow, as well as blowing and drifting. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult or impossible into this evening, especially on unplowed roads. Areas of blowing and drifting snow will likely cause snow drifts in excess of 3 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DE KALB ... WHITLEY ... ALLEN ... MIAMI ... WABASH ... HUNTINGTON ... WILLIAMS ... FULTON ... DEFIANCE ... HENRY ... PAULDING
