* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snow is expected to continue for the Central Inner Channels through this evening before a transition to rain occurs. Confidence remains low on the exact timing of the change over to rain; which could greatly affect total snowfall amounts. Freezing rain may mix in at times; especially before a transition to plain rain.
