Due to inclement weather, all Garland County offices, other than the County Clerk's office and the Election Commission, plan on opening at 10:30am on Friday, February 4th. The situation will be reevaluated in the morning and any updates will be sent by 9 am. County Clerk's office and Election Commission will open at 8 am.
