Flood Warning until 09:45AM Friday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central West Virginia and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Nicholas, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, larger creeks, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1242 AM EST, The combination of snow melt and prolonged rainfall will cause flooding. Mill Creek in Randolph county is starting to flood. Other large creeks may begin to flood as well. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Philippi, Richwood, Marlinton, Cass Scenic Railroad, Webster Springs, Audra State Park, Greenbank, Bridgeport, Belington, Stonewood, Addison (Webster Springs), Anmoore, Mill Creek, Camden-On-gauley, Holly River State Park and Dailey. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
