At 1900 hours, Carlos Ruiz (73 years old) was reported missing to CCPD. Ruiz suffers from dementia and is considered "at risk." He was last seen with his wheelchair in the 4000 block of Grandview Blvd. Please call CCPD if you see Mr. Ruiz or know his current whereabouts.
UPDATE: At 1:20 am, Mr. Ruiz was located and is now safe back at home.
