Flood Warning until 01:45PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and snow melt continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central West Virginia and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate flooding is occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - The gauge at Mill Creek on the Tygart Valley River is in Minor Flood. County Route 39 is flooded approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Philippi, Marlinton, Audra State Park, Cass Scenic Railroad, Greenbank, Webster Springs, Bridgeport, Belington, Stonewood, Addison (Webster Springs), Anmoore, Mill Creek, Dailey, Holly River State Park, Rock Cave and Snowshoe. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
