* WHERE...Portions of central West Virginia and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate flooding is occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - The gauge at Mill Creek on the Tygart Valley River is in Minor Flood. County Route 39 is flooded approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
