Suspect(s): Frances Castellon, 30-years-old, resident of Penngrove
Incident Summary:
On the listed date and time, a resident in the area of Garfirld Dr and Willow Dr called PPD to report that a Toyota Prius had just collided with their work truck parked on the street in front of their home. PPD officers were dispatched to the area and located the Suspect, Frances Castellon, sitting it the driver’s seat of the Prius. Castellon displayed symptoms of intoxication and was determined to be DUI. She was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Castellon was Ultimately arrested for DUI and an outstanding felony warrant out of San Francisco County that was discovered during the investigation. She was later booked into Sonoma County Jail without further incident.
Video Surveillance from the area showed Castellon’s Prius travelling at approximately 40-50 MPH when it collided with the rear of the parked work truck. The damage to both vehicles was extensive and required the use of two tow trucks and specialized tools to separate the two.
