This morning the department took five seperate reports of unlocked vehicles being unlawfully entered. The affected areas were the Coachlite Subdivision, Blackburn Manor area, and West Mill Street. We are working with other agencies who have experienced similar incidents over the past week. If you live in this area and have surveillance video, please check it to see if there was anything suspicous. The incidents occurred around 3:30 this a.m. A reminder to always lock your vehicle's doors, and remove any keys or garage door remotes.
