* WHERE...Haines and Skagway including the South Klondike and the Haines Highways.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Friday to 3 AM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are expected to cool below freezing Thursday night ahead of the next system that arrives late Thursday night into Friday. Snow is expected to change to rain near sea level late Friday night with the borders remaining snow.

* AFFECTED AREAS: TAIYA INLET AND KLONDIKE HIGHWAY ... HAINES BOROUGH AND LYNN CANAL
