* IMPACTS...Wet and heavy snow is expected. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are expected to cool below freezing Thursday night ahead of the next system that arrives late Thursday night into Friday. Precipitation is expected to begin as snow before changing to all rain Friday afternoon.
