* WHAT...Blowing snow occurring. North-northeast winds of 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph combined with snow will reduce visibilities to one half mile. Additional snow accumulations of up to 4 inches possible.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
