On Friday, February 11, 2022 at 1822 hours, the Readington Township Police were dispatched to Station Center Mall for a trespassing complaint. Miguel Cruz was trespassed from the property previously by the owner of the property and the Readington Township Police. Cruz acknowledged he was trespassed from the property and was charged with defiant trespassing. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
