* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Northeast winds 25 to 30 mph will reduce visibilities to one half mile at times. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast, from Kipnuk to Hooper Bay.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 9 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KUSKOKWIM DELTA
