Phone Scam stating from the Sleepy Eye Utilities Dept. 
A Sleepy Eye Resident received a phone call from a scammer claiming to be from the Sleepy Eye Public Utilities. The call stated that the resident had overpaid for electricity and to get a refund press "1". This is a scam, please do not respond to any calls like this. If you have a question about your city bill, contact the City Office directly.
