* AFFECTED AREA...In Kansas...Fire weather zones 073, 097, and 101.In Missouri...Fire weather zones 066, 067, 077, 078, 088, and 089.
* WIND...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...30 percent or below.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BENTON ... HICKORY ... POLK ... GREENE ... NEWTON ... LAWRENCE ... CHRISTIAN ... MCDONALD ... BARRY ... STONE ... TANEY
