* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, mainly from around Jacksonville to Bloomington eastward.
* WHEN...Beginning Thursday morning, and continuing through the afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A change from rain to a mixture of sleet and freezing rain will occur Thursday morning west of I-55, and east of there in the afternoon. This mixture will change to all snow during the afternoon.
