The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM CST this evening. * TIMING...Tuesday afternoon and evening. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent. * TEMPERATURES...In the mid 70s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that start will be difficult to contain.
