* WHAT...Gusts from the south up to 40 to 45 mph expected, with
sporadic gusts between 45 and 50 mph possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Indiana and central, east
central, north central and northeast Illinois.
* WHEN...From 9 AM CST /10 AM EST/ this morning to 6 PM CST /7
PM EST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Small tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result. Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles,
especially on east to west roads.
