Winter Storm Warning in effect for Channahon starting 6PM today until Feb 17 9PM. 
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Channahon and much of the surrounding area, beginning at 6PM Feb. 16 until 9PM Feb. 17.
Rain will start Wednesday evening, and may include a wintery mix and ice. Snow will follow with accumulation predicted between 3 - 7 inches. Wind gusts as high as 40 mph are expected.
