2/17: Winter Storm Warning and Late Openings at City Facilities 
Beginning at midnight, Grandview will be under a Winter Storm Warning until 6PM Thursday. Rain will turn into freezing rain, sleet, then snow. Due to the forecast, Grandview City Hall, the Grandview License Office and The View will open late Thursday at 10AM to ensure our non-emergency staff ample time to arrive. Public Works crews are currently out salting streets as a pretreatment for any ice. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON CITY STREETS.
