...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of less than one tenth of an inch.
  Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern and northwest Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
