* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Facilities at the Akron Water Treatment and Pollution Control Plant are impacted. Water inundates low lying park land adjacent to the river. Low lying roads adjacent to the river will be threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 4.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning to a crest of 12.8 feet Friday afternoon.
