* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches. Northeast winds gusting up to 30 mph.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Areas of blowing snow may reduce visibilities to one half mile or less.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest snowfall rates will occur between 3 AM and noon, with rates up to 1 inch an hour possible. Blowing snow and reduced visibilities are expected along the coast from Hooper Bay to Toksook Bay.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KUSKOKWIM DELTA
