* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, in northern Indiana, Cass IN, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Grant, Kosciusko, Marshall, Miami, Pulaski, St. Joseph IN, Starke, Wabash and White. In southwest Michigan, Berrien, Branch, Cass MI and St. Joseph MI.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EST Thursday /930 AM CST Thursday/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 PM EST /937 PM CST/, The snowpack has melted across most of the advisory area with ponding of water on roads and poor drainage areas increasing in many rural areas. The areal flooding will likely expand overnight as periods of moderate to locally heavy rain arrive. Rainfall amounts up to one inch, with locally higher amounts is expected tonight into early Thursday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
