* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 PM EST /937 PM CST/, The snowpack has melted across most of the advisory area with ponding of water on roads and poor drainage areas increasing in many rural areas. The areal flooding will likely expand overnight as periods of moderate to locally heavy rain arrive.
