* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond IL, Calhoun IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Greene IL, Jersey IL, Macoupin IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL, Montgomery IL, Randolph IL, Saint Clair and Washington IL. Portions of Missouri, including the following areas, Callaway MO, Cole MO, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO, Lincoln MO, Madison MO, Montgomery MO, Osage MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO, Warren MO and Washington MO.
* WHEN...Until Noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
Instructions:
Rain and scattered thunderstorms will continue today before
changing to a wintry mix behind a sharp cold front. The rain
will be heavy at times with storm total rainfall in the watch
area between 1 and 3 inches with locally higher amounts.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
