* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois, including the following counties, in south central Illinois, Clinton, Marion and Washington. In southwest Illinois, Monroe and Saint Clair.
* WHEN...Until 230 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 846 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Belleville, O'Fallon, East St. Louis, Fairview Heights, Cahokia, Swansea, Centralia, Shiloh, Waterloo, Columbia, Salem, Mascoutah, Centreville, Breese, Lebanon, Freeburg, Caseyville, Washington Park, Dupo and Millstadt.
