* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast due to rainfall and snowmelt.
* WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge.
* WHEN...From late tonight until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Agricultural areas in La Salle, Spring Valley, and Peru are inundated. At 22.0 feet, Lower parking lot at Starved Rock State Park is inundated east of La Salle. High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CST Thursday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and then crest near 21 feet on Saturday. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
