***Update***
David Wayne Kimball, 38-year-old male, has been taken into custody. Officers initially observed Kimball in the passenger seat of a vehicle at southeast 14th and Fairfield. The vehicle fled from officers and then Kimball exited and ran on foot. He was located inside of a residence in the 1400 block of Tennant Street and taken into custody. Kimball is being booked into the Randall County Jail for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Sunstance, Evading Arrest/Detention and a Federal Hold for weapons violations.

On February 17th, APD officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of southeast 14th Avenue and Fairfield Street. A male wanted for a felony warrant ran from the vehicle. Officers are at a residence in the 1400 block of Tennant Street, where the male is believed to have run. Please avoid the area.
