* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...From late tonight to early Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, serious flooding occurs mainly west of Circleville along Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island Road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding along roadways. The City of Circleville itself is not affected until a stage near 30 feet.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM EST Thursday the stage was 8.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Friday morning to a crest of 20.2 feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
